Chris Wolfe

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience in building, implementing and selling paradigm changing technology solutions. During his 12-year tenure with QUALCOMM Inc., including serving as division President of Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions, Mr. Wolfe was instrumental in developing and executing a series of strategic corporate initiatives that transformed its products and operations, and drove double-digit revenue growth over a four-year period. Prior to his career at QUALCOMM, Mr. Wolfe held senior technology management positions at Roadway and Leaseway Transportation (now Penske Logistics). Mr. Wolfe received degrees in Data Processing, Business Management and Technical Education from the University of Akron, and completed an executive management program with Stanford Executive Institute.

Ned Mavrommatis

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Mr. Mavrommatis has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. As a key member of the executive team, he is responsible for managing and improving processes in financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations along with managing general administration including human resources. Mr. Mavrommatis is the Managing Director of I.D. Systems GmbH and I.D. Systems (UK) Ltd. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Mavrommatis was Senior Manager at the accounting firm of EisnerAmper L.L.P. Mr. Mavrommatis received a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York. Mr. Mavrommatis is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Curt Lloyd

Executive Vice President, Operations

Mr. Lloyd has a diverse manufacturing and operations background with extensive experience leading and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies. Additionally, he is a certified six sigma black belt with demonstrated results for driving continuous business improvement. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Lloyd held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Vice President, General Manager of Flextronics International, North Carolina Operations. He is a graduate of Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Craig Montgomery

SVP Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing

Mr. Montgomery serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing for ID Systems. Previously Mr. Montgomery served as the Chief Revenue Officer at CargoSense, Inc., a venture backed Software as a Service firm that provides logistics oversight for supply chain networks through machine learning and artificial intelligence. Mr. Montgomery has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in influential high technology sectors such as wireless telecommunications, information services, computers and location-based services. Prior to CargoSense, Mr. Montgomery served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at global IoT firm ORBCOMM, Inc. Mr. Montgomery has also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at SkyBitz Inc., as well as the Director of Marketing for Nextel Communications' Transportation, Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing verticals. Post the merger with Sprint, Mr. Montgomery was appointed as the Director of Direct Marketing for Sprint. Mr. Montgomery earned his M.B.A. with honorary distinction from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from San Diego State University.

Norm Thomas

GM - PowerFleet for Logistics

Norm Thomas is a 40+ year transportation veteran who has served as the SVP and CIO of U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. before moving to Transcommunications Inc. as the CEO. Norm then became SVP of Commercial Operations for CarrierWeb, LLC. a startup headquartered in Atlanta GA with operating and sales offices in The Netherlands, US, Brazil and China. In 2014 Norm joined PeopleNet a Trimble company now Trimble Mobility, where he served as DVP of software engineering and Professional Services. As the General Manager of I.D. Systems, Norm brings experience from the transportation side as an executive leader who made decision about purchasing and integrating these products and services, as well as someone developing and selling such products and services to the entire transportation segment.

Mark Stanton

GM - PowerFleet for Industrial

Mr. Stanton has a 20+ year history in the mobile data collection and RF communications industry with significant experience in Information Technology, Business Development as well as Channel and Direct Sales. Mr. Stanton has provided technology solutions in the warehousing, distribution and manufacturing sectors in Europe, North America as well as Asia Pacific having held senior positions at companies such as Symbol Technologies and ThingMagic.

Lisa Hardin

GM - PowerFleet for Automotive

Ms. Hardin has over 20 years of experience in defining, selling, and implementing transformational supply chain programs. As the leader of the PowerFleet for Automotive business segment, she oversees the operation and strategy of our after-market connected vehicle solutions, which is a market leader in the rental car industry with over 150,000 devices sold. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Ms. Hardin was a Senior Manager in Accenture's supply chain practice and a Manager in Arthur Andersen's state and local tax practice. Ms. Hardin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Furman University and was also a Certified Public Accountant.
