Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience in building, implementing and selling paradigm changing technology solutions. During his 12-year tenure with QUALCOMM Inc., including serving as division President of Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions, Mr. Wolfe was instrumental in developing and executing a series of strategic corporate initiatives that transformed its products and operations, and drove double-digit revenue growth over a four-year period. Prior to his career at QUALCOMM, Mr. Wolfe held senior technology management positions at Roadway and Leaseway Transportation (now Penske Logistics). Mr. Wolfe received degrees in Data Processing, Business Management and Technical Education from the University of Akron, and completed an executive management program with Stanford Executive Institute.
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Mavrommatis has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. As a key member of the executive team, he is responsible for managing and improving processes in financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations along with managing general administration including human resources. Mr. Mavrommatis is the Managing Director of I.D. Systems GmbH and I.D. Systems (UK) Ltd. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Mavrommatis was Senior Manager at the accounting firm of EisnerAmper L.L.P. Mr. Mavrommatis received a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York. Mr. Mavrommatis is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Ehrman is one of the principal designers of I.D. Systems’ software and hardware, and is the author of several patents pending. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Ehrman was a Technology Consultant for Andersen Consulting. Mr. Ehrman graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Economics Systems.
Executive Vice President, Operations
Mr. Lloyd has a diverse manufacturing and operations background with extensive experience leading and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies. Additionally, he is a certified six sigma black belt with demonstrated results for driving continuous business improvement. Prior to joining I.D. Systems, Mr. Lloyd held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Vice President, General Manager of Flextronics International, North Carolina Operations. He is a graduate of Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Chairman of the Board
Mr. Brodsky has served as Executive Chairman of Selectica, Inc., publicly traded enterprise software company since December, 2013. Prior to that, he was the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, and he has also served as a director of the company since 2010. Mr. Brodsky has also serves as the managing partner of Vajra Asset Management, LLC, an investment management firm. Mr. Brodsky has serves on the boards of several other publicly traded companies. Mr. Brodsky received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management School of Business at Northwestern University.
Mr. Brakebill is a retired intellectual property and trial lawyer. Following a one-year appellate clerkship out of law school, in 1998 Mr. Brakebill joined Morrison & Foerster, a global law firm of which he became a partner in 2005. At Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Brakebill primarily represented technology companies, both in the hardware and software sectors, in intellectual property cases involving disputes over patents, copyrights and contracts concerning use of technology. He retired from the firm in 2010. Mr. Brakebill also has served as a director of several not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Brakebill received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Stanford University in 1991 and attended Harvard Law School and the University of California, Hastings, from which he received his law degree in 1997.
Mr. Konezny is the president and chief executive officer of Digi International Inc. Digi International is the M2M solutions expert, combining products and services as end-to-end solutions to drive business efficiencies. Mr. Konezny most recently has served as vice president, global transportation and logistics of Trimble Navigation Limited, a publicly held provider of technology solutions for mobile productivity, and as chief executive officer of PeopleNet, an onboard computing and carrier fleet communications provider. Mr. Konezny is currently a member of the board of directors of OneWayHub, a transportation asset management company. Mr. Konezny served as general manager of Trimble’s Global Transportation and Logistics division from 2011, when Trimble acquired PeopleNet, to 2013. After co-founding PeopleNet in 1994, Mr. Konezny served in several positions with the company, including chief operating officer and chief financial officer from 2001 to 2007, and chief technology officer from 1996 to 2007. Mr. Konezny has previously served on the boards of directors of the National Private Truck Council Institute and the Truckload Carriers Association. Mr. Konezny received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
Mr. Casey has served on the board of directors and as a member of the nominating/corporate governance committee and as Chairperson of the audit committee for Determine, Inc. (DTRM) since 2010. Mr. Casey also serves on the board of directors of Revegy, Inc., a privately held software business. Since 2006, Mr. Casey has been a partner at TechCXO, LLC, a professional services firm that provides financial, strategic and operational consulting services. Mr. Casey’s prior experience includes having served as chief financial officer for MAPICS, Inc., a publicly traded provider of enterprise resource planning software for the discrete manufacturing industries. Previously, Mr. Casey served as executive vice president, chief financial and administrative officer of iXL Enterprises, Inc., a publicly traded professional services firm, chief financial officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc., a publicly traded provider of supply chain executive solutions, and chief financial officer of IQ Software Corporation, a publicly traded provider of business intelligence software. Mr. Casey began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. and holds a B.B.A. degree in accounting from The University of Georgia.
